
Constance Omaye, Co-Founder/COO
She is an astute business expert and educationist with 10 years cognate experience in business and educational management. Prior to pioneering the start of Eljojo Divine Heritage Academy, Constance has had several entrepreneurship and pioneering experiences. From 2012-2016, she was the head of administration in El-Sophi Community & Child Care Initiative, a nonprofit organization she co-pioneered. While in this capacity, she pioneered the setting up of the administrative system in compliance with international standards which ensured the smooth implementation of projects and grants. In 2015, Constance also co-pioneered a faith based organization, Living Word Family Gospel Centre, through this organization she continues to mentor teenage girls and youths on purposeful living. In 2016, Constance was deployed as part of a business agreement and expansion strategy to pioneer the start and running of Eljojo Divine Heritage Academy. The Academy started with client enrolment of eighth persons and has now grown to over 150 enrollment. Constance works on full time as the COO/Administrator of Eljojo Divine Heritage Academy.

Japhet Omaye, Co- founder/CEO
Japhet is an accomplished
social impact entrepreneur with over 10years of experience in entrepreneurship
and organizational development. He is a serial founder/pioneer of four thriving
organizations across various sectors. In 2012, he founded El-Sophi Community
& Child Care Initiative, a not for-profit organization that has received
grant and projects from the US Embassy, the Global Funds, and CRS Nigeria.
Through his visionary leadership, the organization has served over 10,000
beneficiaries in education, health, food security and enterprise development in
Nigeria. In 2016, he co-founded Eljojo-Divine Heritage Academy. Japhet is a
gifted and skilled author, speaker and trainer. He has authored over five books
including a best-selling book on “How to start and run a sustainable
nongovernmental organization”.
Through this book, he has successfully mentored dozens of people to start and
manage new organizations from the scratch.

Rabiat Sule, Academic Advisor
Mrs. Sule Rabiat is a seasoned educationist. Her love for humanitarian services and education motivated her to take a teaching/mentoring role at Eljojo DHA where she has successfully taught and mentored over 100 pupils/students. Her impeccable management skills have also enable her to serve meritoriously on the management team of Eljojo DHA.
